Brightstar Brewing

Brightstar Brewing is tucked away in the side streets of Thebarton, started by a couple with a passion for beer, their brew style is Belgium session beers you can sit and enjoy for the day, the brewery is laid out like a Belgium beer hall with plenty of long tables for all the mates, plus a window into the tanks holding the golden liquid.
 
They're also licensed for the lawn area, so a great place to bring the kids and enjoy a brew on the grass while the little ones burn off some energy.
 
Fun fact: Brightstar Brewing pour straight from the tank! Yep, their beer taps aren't attached to kegs but have a straight line to the source!
